SASSA will be rendering companies including new social grant applications, change of payment method, client treatment enquiries, along with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

“The goal on the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to your high variety of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This really is as a sassa status check result of lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no entirely functional office devoted to service the area every day. The support position designed for intervention encounters a significant inflow of prospective beneficiaries, that makes it complicated for your office to attend to all people who pay a visit to a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise much more means to empower the servicing of all buyers and boost entry to Social Assistance products and SRD services,” the agency said.
